We are not a store
PromoGana doesn't sell or ship products: purchase, payment, shipping and returns are always with the store. Prices and availability may change; the valid price is the one the store shows at checkout.
What the commission never changes
- How deals are ranked. They are ordered by price quality, community votes and your interests. Commission is not a factor.
- The "good deal" verdict. It is calculated from price history, the same way for every store where we are allowed to show it.
- Votes and comments. We don't edit them to favor a store.
- Your points and badges. They are never earned by clicking or buying.
Sponsored content
If we ever show a deal, coupon or placement paid for by a store, it will carry a "Sponsored" label and be kept apart from regular results.
Where prices come from
- Prices and availability come from the stores themselves and from what the community posts.
- Next to each price we show when it was last checked. The valid price is always the one the store shows at checkout.
- For some stores we can't show price history or create price alerts, because their terms don't allow it. When that's the case, we say so.
