The basics
No. PromoGana compares prices and takes you to the store. Purchase, payment, shipping and returns are always with the store.
Some stores pay us a commission when you buy after leaving from our site. That does not change the price you pay or the order in which we show deals.
Prices and history
Some stores' terms do not allow storing or analyzing their prices. In those cases we only show the current price with the date and time we checked it.
Every price says when it was checked. Prices and availability can change at any time; the valid one is what the store shows at checkout.
Guidance based on the history we have recorded: whether the price is at its lowest, below or above its average, and whether a sales event is near. It is not a guarantee.
The store price minus the best coupon and the best bank offer we found. It is an estimate: whether they can be combined depends on each promotion.
Alerts
Open a product, choose when to notify you (any drop, a target price, a range or back in stock) and we email you. You need to confirm your email.
Yes. Under My alerts save a search, with a maximum price if you like, and we tell you when something matching shows up.
Community and points
It is the share of community members who voted that the deal is really worth it. It shows once there are three votes.
By voting on deals, commenting, reviewing, rating coupons, creating alerts and sharing deals we approve. Never by clicking or buying.
Under Community deals paste a link from a store we track. We review it before publishing.
Account and privacy
Only to show offers from your banks first. We never ask for or store card numbers.
Your email, your name or nickname and what you do inside PromoGana to personalize your experience. You can erase your history or delete your account from My account, under Privacy.
In My account go to Privacy and account deletion. There is a grace period to change your mind; after that deletion is final.
Yes. At the bottom of every page there is a "Seasonal decoration" switch while a season is running.
