Terms of Use

PromoGana gathers and displays deals, coupons, bank offers and price information from third-party stores in Mexico and the United States.

PromoGana does not sell, charge for, or ship products. When you click a deal you leave the Site and buy directly from the store, under its own terms, prices, shipping, return and warranty policies. Any issue with an order must be resolved with the store.

• Prices and availability change often. We show the date and time of the last check where applicable, but the valid price and availability are always the ones the store shows at checkout.
• Price history, "good deal" indicators, predictions and savings or "real price" calculations are informational estimates, not guarantees.
• Coupons and bank offers may have conditions, expire, or not apply to your purchase.
• So-called "price errors" may be cancelled by the store.
• Nothing on the Site is financial, legal or other professional advice.

Some links on the Site are affiliate links: if you buy after using them, we may earn a commission from the store at no extra cost to you. This does not change the price you pay or how deals are ranked. See our affiliate disclosure.

• You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your password safe, and for activity in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your settings or from the account deletion page.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

When you post deals, coupons, comments, reviews, ratings, votes, images or other content:

• You state that you have the right to post it and that it is truthful to the best of your knowledge.
• You keep your rights, and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, adapt and distribute it within the Site, the app and our channels.
• You agree to the code of conduct. We may moderate, edit or remove content.
• If you represent a store or seller, you must identify yourself as such.

You may not: post false or misleading information; spam or covertly self-promote; manipulate votes, points or rankings; create multiple accounts to gain an advantage; post malicious links; scrape the Site without permission; attempt to breach the Site's security; or use it for unlawful purposes.

Points, levels and badges recognize your participation; they have no cash value, are not transferable, and are never earned by clicking links or making purchases. We may adjust or remove them in case of abuse. Sweepstakes and prizes, when offered, are governed by their own official rules.

Alerts are a convenience service. We do not guarantee that an alert will be delivered, delivered on time, or that the deal will still be available when you receive it.

The Site, its design, brand, logos, mascot, text and software belong to PromoGana or its licensors. Store trademarks and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them; their use does not imply sponsorship or any relationship beyond what these terms describe.

If you believe content infringes your copyright, write to contacto@promogana.com describing the work, where the content is located, and your contact details.

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, PromoGana is not liable for: the quality, delivery or warranty of products; price or availability changes; store cancellations; errors or omissions in the information; or indirect damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing above limits the rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

We may change the Site and these terms. If a change is significant we will post a notice on the Site or email you. Continued use means you accept the changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION]. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of [VENUE], without limiting the consumer rights you have where you live.
