Delete your PromoGana account

You can delete your account and your data whenever you want, on the site or by writing to us. Here is how it works and what happens next.

Sign in to delete my account

Sign in first; then we take you straight to the deletion step.

How to do it

  1. Sign in

    With the email and password you registered with.

  2. Open Privacy

    In My account, go to "Privacy and account deletion".

  3. Confirm with your password

    Choose whether we keep your comments without your name, then confirm. We show you the exact date of the permanent deletion.

What gets deleted

  • Your email, phone, name or nickname and password
  • Your price alerts and saved searches
  • Your lists, cards and preferences
  • Your points, level and badges
  • Your personalization history

What may stay

  • Your comments and reviews, without your name, only if you choose to keep them
  • Records the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires
  • Aggregate figures that do not identify you

You have time to change your mind

When you request deletion, your account is scheduled to be erased and we show you the date. Until that day you can sign in and cancel. After that the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
